For small service businesses that need a proper, clearer website

No proper website — or one that leaves visitors guessing?

If your website is missing, ageing or simply does not explain the business quickly enough, SvereSystems builds a focused, professionally produced website around one primary service, one intended customer and one clear next step. Add a short AI Presenter when the service is easier to understand when someone simply explains it — without turning the job into a large agency project.

The difference a presenter can make

Some services are easier to understand when someone explains them.

A short AI Presenter gives an interested visitor a direct explanation of the same service message used by the website. It can introduce what you do, who it is for and what should happen next in under a minute — while the important information still remains visible as normal website text.

AI transparencyThis is a hybrid video. Sven appears in the filmed introduction and closing, while the middle presenter segment is AI-generated. Client AI-presenter content is likewise disclosed, while business information is client-supplied, approved and human-reviewed before publication.

AI transparency: This hybrid video includes an AI-generated presenter segment.

Three different jobs for the same format

A presenter can make one important part of your service easier to understand.

The presenter is not there to decorate the website or repeat every paragraph. It can give a visitor a short guided route into one service, one process or one next step. These staged examples show how the format can work in very different small-business situations.

Example 01 · Explain a service process

Process documentation

Situation: a small B2B service company needs to explain how it turns scattered internal knowledge into clearer process documentation.

Viewer: a service-business owner whose team relies on information held across people and documents.

Communication job: make the process and its practical purpose easier to grasp without a long page of explanation.

Staged example using an AI-generated presenter. It is not a client case study or performance claim.

Example 02 · Explain a practical service

Graffiti removal

Situation: a property-care provider needs to explain its graffiti-removal approach to property managers.

Viewer: the person responsible for a housing-company or commercial-property maintenance decision.

Communication job: explain the assessment, cleaning approach and sensible next step before work begins.

Staged example using an AI-generated presenter. It is not a client case study or performance claim.

Example 03 · Explain what happens next

Client onboarding

Situation: a small digital-service provider needs a new client to understand the onboarding sequence.

Viewer: a client who needs to know what information to provide and what happens after they begin.

Communication job: reduce uncertainty at the start by explaining one short sequence in plain language.

Staged example using an AI-generated presenter. It is not a client case study or performance claim.

The point is not to make every business look the same. The useful part is the discipline behind the format: one viewer, one central explanation and one practical next step. The Website + Presenter package applies that same discipline to the client’s own approved business information and visual direction.

What the complete package resolves

You do not need a bigger website. You need a clearer first impression.

For a small service business, the first job is simple: make it obvious what you do, who you help and what an interested visitor should do next. SvereSystems organises that message, carries it through the website and presenter, and delivers a finished static site rather than another editor for you to manage.

01 · Message

People should understand what you actually offer.

Your approved business information is organised around one primary service, the customer it is meant for and the next step you want an interested visitor to take.

02 · Experience

The website should feel like one business, not a collection of parts.

The copy, visual direction, presenter script and contact route are built around the same approved message, so the visitor is not asked to piece the business together.

03 · Handover

A finished website you can keep and move.

The website is delivered as a portable static package with the agreed media and Website Guide. Your domain and hosting remain under your control, and deployment can be separately agreed if you want SvereSystems to handle it after the environment has been reviewed.

Honest fit

If you already know exactly what the website should say and enjoy building and maintaining it yourself, you may not need this service. SvereSystems is for a small service business that needs a credible, clear website without a large agency project — especially when there is no proper website yet, the current one feels dated, or visitors still have to work too hard to understand the service.

See the result, not a promise

Judge the working example as a visitor would.

Open the live SverescoWorks demonstration and check whether the service, intended buyer and next step remain easy to understand across the main page, presenter, contact route and mobile layout.

A bounded written-first route

A small website should not become a long agency project.

The project is handled mainly in writing. SvereSystems checks fit before any invoice, confirms the exact scope and price in writing, then moves through one intake, one complete preview, one consolidated in-scope revision and final handover.

01

Confirmation, payment and intake

If the request fits, SvereSystems sends a written Project Confirmation with the scope, final price, VAT treatment and terms. After you accept it, the invoice is issued. Once payment is confirmed, you provide the business facts, contact details, logo and media through the private project intake.

02

One coordinated preview

You review the website, presenter, contact route and supporting pages together, then return one consolidated list of small, in-scope corrections. The typical first-preview target is within 5 business days after payment and sufficient project information have both been received.

03

Approval and handover

After the complete preview and included correction round are approved, you receive the agreed portable website package, Website Guide and media files. If SvereSystems deployment has been separately agreed after reviewing the hosting environment, it is handled under that confirmed scope.

You keep control.

Your domain and hosting stay in your name. The delivered files do not require a continuing proprietary website-builder subscription.

Deployment stays separate and bounded.

Domain and hosting are not included by default. Self-deployment is the normal handoff model. SvereSystems deployment may be separately agreed after the environment is reviewed; existing-site migration, mailbox work, complex DNS, server administration, custom backends, booking systems and CRM work remain outside the standard project.

Questions before the project request

Clear answers before you decide.

The service is deliberately bounded. These are the points most likely to matter before you send the first request.

Why not build the website myself with an AI website builder?

You can, and for some businesses that is the right choice. The difficult part is usually not generating a page — it is deciding what the page should say, what to leave out, how to make the service clear to a first-time visitor and how to check the finished result. SvereSystems is for owners who want that work handled and a finished, portable website handed over rather than another builder to learn.

What does “one approved message” mean?

You do not need to arrive with polished website copy. You provide the business facts, service details and boundaries; SvereSystems organises them into one clear message for one primary service and audience. You approve that message before it becomes the finished website and presenter.

How is AI-generated presenter content identified?

The presenter may be filmed, hybrid or fully AI-generated. Where AI-generated presenter content is used, it is labelled inside the finished video. The label explains the production method without suggesting that the business facts were invented by AI. The client supplies and approves the information, and the finished result is reviewed before publication.

What does “static website” mean?

The website is delivered as standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript and media files rather than as a CMS you must keep updating. It suits a focused business website whose main content does not require constant self-service editing.

Are there monthly platform fees?

No proprietary website-builder subscription is required for the delivered static files. Your domain, hosting and any selected third-party services remain separate and may have their own ongoing costs or usage limits. If SvereSystems recommends Cloud86 after the project review, SvereSystems may receive a referral commission if you purchase through its link; you are free to use another compatible hosting provider.

Are domain, hosting or deployment included?

Domain and hosting are not included by default and remain under your control. The standard delivery is a portable static website package for self-deployment. If you want SvereSystems to deploy the finished site, that can be separately agreed after the hosting environment has been reviewed. Existing-site migration, mailbox work, complex DNS and server administration are outside the standard project.

How does the revision work?

You review one complete preview and return one consolidated list of small, in-scope corrections. A new service, audience, structure, presenter direction or rewritten script is new scope rather than another small revision.

How can I pay for the project?

Website + Presenter is €390 plus VAT where applicable. The website-only option is €290 plus VAT where applicable. The final price and applicable VAT treatment are confirmed in the Project Confirmation, which is accepted before the invoice is issued.

What happens after I send a project request?

SvereSystems reviews the service, audience, website situation and likely scope. If the project fits, you receive a written Project Confirmation with the scope, final price, applicable VAT treatment and terms. The invoice is issued only after you accept that confirmation in writing. Production begins after the invoice is paid and the complete client intake has been received.

Project review before invoicing

If your website is missing, dated or unclear, start here.

Tell SvereSystems what your business does, who the service is for and what your current website situation looks like. That is enough to decide whether Website or Website + AI Presenter is a sensible fit.

  • No payment or commitment at this stage
  • A clear scope, decisive questions or an honest not-a-fit answer
  • No project begins until the invoice is paid and the complete intake is received

Send a project request

This public project-request form is for businesses and organisations. It asks only for enough information to make an initial suitability decision. Detailed project information comes later, after the Project Confirmation is accepted and the invoice is paid.

A short practical description is enough.
One or two sentences are enough.

This request does not create a contract or payment obligation. If the project is suitable, SvereSystems sends a written Project Confirmation with the scope, final price, applicable VAT treatment and terms. The invoice is issued only after you accept that confirmation in writing. Your details are used to review the request and reply. See the Privacy Policy.
