Complete this form once you have accepted the written Project Confirmation and paid the invoice in full. Answer in your own words — finished website copy is not needed.

The service, delivery route, price and any AI Presenter have already been agreed in the Project Confirmation. This form does not change them.
1. Project contact and business

Use the same name and email address as in your confirmed project.

2. Service and customers

Briefly explain what your business does and what customers need to know. Use your own words.

3. Logo, images and supporting evidence

Tell us what materials you already have. Include testimonials or credentials only when you are entitled to publish them and can substantiate the claims if needed.

Send your logo and image files by replying to the project email. Do not send passwords or login details.
AI Presenter — only if included in your confirmed project

If your project includes an AI Presenter, briefly describe the single most important point viewers should understand. Otherwise, leave this section closed.

4. Website appearance

Describe the impression you want to convey. You do not need to write a design brief.

5. Existing website and public contact details

Complete only the relevant fields. Do not provide login details for your website or hosting account.

6. Confirmation
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
